Inspection and verification

1. Check the customer's complaint.

2. Perform a visual check for obvious signs of mechanical or electrical damage.

– Vacuum line (And) – Carbon filter of the fuel vapor control system (EVAP) - Hose (And) EVAP systems – EVAP carbon filter purge valve	- Fuse (And) – wiring harness – Plug connector (s)

3. If there is an obvious cause for the problem you identified or the customer described, fix it before proceeding with the next steps (if possible).

4. If the problem is not visually obvious, check the symptom and refer to WDS for system diagnostics.
