Accessory Drive Belt (1.6L Duratec) (Focus 1)

Removal

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Section 100-02 for additional information.

2. Remove the engine protection.



3. Remove the engine splash guard.



4. Remove the accessory drive belt

• 1. Turn the accessory drive belt tensioner clockwise.
• 2. Remove the accessory drive belt from the idler pulley.

Installation

1. Install the elements back in place in reverse order.
