1. Check the operation and condition of the seat belts. Inspect the woven tape for fraying and nicks. Make sure the belts move into the drums smoothly and without difficulty.
2. Check the tightening torques of the belt mounting bolts and, if necessary, tighten them to the tightening torque specified in the specification.
