Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner (1.6L Duratec)

Withdrawal

1. Remove the generator. See Section 414-02 for more information.

2. Turn out a bolt of fastening of an arm of fastening of the pipeline of a cooling liquid.



3. Remove the accessory belt tensioner pulley.



4. Disconnect the power steering pump and place it aside.



5. Remove the accessory drive belt idler pulley.



6. Remove the accessory drive belt tensioner assembly with bracket.

Installation

1. Replace the elements in reverse order.
