Ignition system — general information (Sierra)

The ignition system, transistorized and using the Hall effect, provides a constant voltage and spark energy in all engine operating modes.

The ignition system consists of:

• sensor with non-contact pulse generator with Hall transducer;
• high voltage distributor;
• switch;
• special ignition coil.
