Withdrawal
1. Open the hood and lock in the open position.
2. Remove the lower casing of the steering column after unscrewing the 3 screws.
3. Unscrew the bracket fastening bolt and remove the bracket together with the cable.
4. In the engine compartment, remove the rubber bushing from the cable sheath and unhook the cable from the locking lever.
5. Pull the cable through the bulkhead from the engine compartment into the vehicle.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Particular attention must be paid to the tight fit of the rubber bushing in the bulkhead.
Attention! If the hood is closed and the cable breaks, insert a long screwdriver between the radiator and radiator grille and press the locking lever to the left, then open the hood.
