Removal
1. Remove the clamp at the end of the idle speed increase cable and remove the cable from the lever.
2. Unscrew the cable sheath from the pump.
3. Unscrew the control sensor together with the cable from the cylinder head.
Installation
1. Screw the control sensor into the cylinder head together with the cable and a new copper sealing ring.
2. Warm up the engine to operating temperature.
3. Install the cable housing into the holder and secure the cable to the lever using the clamp.
4. Adjust the tension of the cable using the adjusting screw on the cable sheath so that the cable has a play of about 2 mm, then tighten the lock nut securing the cable sheath.
