Filling the cooling system (Scorpio 1)

1. Screw in the drain plugs in the radiator.

2. Fill the cooling system through the filler hole of the expansion tank with the recommended amount of coolant.

3. Connect the battery.

4. Start the engine and let it run at fast idle speed until the thermostat valve opens.

5. Turn off the engine and check the tightness of the cooling system connections.

6. After the engine has cooled down, check and top up the coolant level if necessary.
