Drive belt tensioning mechanism (Scorpio 1)

1. Remove the drive belt.

2. Remove the generator.

3. Unscrew the central mounting bolt and remove the tensioning mechanism.



4. Install the tensioner on the engine cylinder block so that the protrusion on the bracket (A) of the tensioner fits into the corresponding hole (B) of the cylinder block.

5. Install the generator and drive belt.
