The key in the ignition switch can be in the following positions:
- 0 – ignition off;
Attention! It is strictly forbidden to set the key to position 0 while the vehicle is moving.
- I – steering is unlocked. Ignition and all other electrical circuits are de-energized;
- II – ignition on, all electrical circuits live, indicator lights on. This key position is normal when driving and towing the vehicle;
- III – starting the engine with the starter. After starting the engine, immediately release the key.
After removing the key from the ignition switch, the steering is locked.
