            0

You will need: engine oil, funnel, clean rag.

Note. The manufacturer recommends using Ford/Motorcraft Formula E SAE 5W-30 oil. It is also allowed to use ACEA A1 / B1 or ACEA A3 / B3 oils of viscosity grade SAE 5W-30, SAE 5W-40 or 10W-40 (depending on climatic conditions).

Attention! Before checking the oil level after a trip, stop the engine and wait 5-10 minutes for the oil to drain into the crankcase.

Attention! Add oil of the same brand, viscosity and quality class as the one used previously.

Attention! The oil level in the crankcase must not exceed the mark «MAX», otherwise, leaks through gaskets and seals, increased oil consumption are possible.

Attention! Check the level with the vehicle on a level surface.

The oil filler plug is located on the cylinder head cover. Pointer (probe) The oil level indicator is located on the left side of the cylinder block next to the intake pipe.

1. Take out the pointer (probe) oil level..

4. To add oil, turn the oil filler cap counterclockwise..

5.... and remove it.

6. Fill in oil in the engine, controlling its level by means of the index. Before removing the pointer, wait 2-3 minutes to allow the oil to drain into the crankcase.
