Replacing the contact group of the ignition switch (lock)

You will need a Phillips screwdriver.

1. Disconnect the wire from the terminal «minus» battery.



2. Remove the top..



3.... and the lower part of the casing of the steering column (cm. «Removal and installation of a casing of a steering column»).



4. Squeeze out the latches..



5.... and take the contact group away from the ignition switch.



6. Squeeze the latch..



7.... disconnect the wiring harness block and remove the contact group.

8. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
