Inspection and verification
1. Check the validity of the customer's complaint by using the system.
2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage.

3. If an obvious cause for the malfunction you have identified or described by the customer is found, eliminate it (if possible) before proceeding with further actions.
4. If the cause of the complaint is not visually obvious, check the symptom of the fault and refer to FDS 2000.
