Generator (1.6L Zetec-SE / 1.4L) — removal and installation

Withdrawal

1. Disconnect the wire "masses" battery.

2. Remove the accessory drive belt. See Section 303-05 for more information.

3. Remove a cover of electric sockets of the generator.

4. Disconnect the generator electrical connectors.



5. Turn out the bottom bolt of the generator.



6. Remove the generator.

• 1. Remove the bolt and nut.
• 2. Remove the generator.

Installation

1. To install, follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
