• TIGHTEN or INSTALL new brake disc shield bolts. See Section 206-04 for more information.

• Wheel bearing.

•CHECK or INSTALL a new wheel bearing. See Section 204-01 for more information.

•Tire pressure.

•INFLATE tires to the required pressure

• Hit of greasing or working liquid on brake pads; clogging of brake pads.

• INSTALL new brake pads. See Section 206-03 / 206-04 / 206-02 for more information.

• Calipers.

•GO to Pinpoint Test A.

• The red control lamp of system of brakes constantly burns

• The level of the working fluid.

• ADD fluid to the system according to specification. CHECK for leaks.

• Cuff of the primary piston of the main brake cylinder.

• INSTALL a new brake master cylinder. See Section 206-06 for more information.

• Parking brake lever

• RELEASE and ADJUST the parking brake. See Section 206-05 for more information.

•Electrical circuit.

•GO to Pinpoint Test B.

•ABS.

•Vibration when applying the brakes

• Hit of greasing or working liquid on brake pads; clogging of brake pads.

• INSTALL new brake pads. See Section 206-03 / 206-04 / 206-02 for more information.

• Brake pads.

•CHECK the brake pads. See Section 206-03 / 206-04 / 206-02 for more information. REPAIR or INSTALL new ones as necessary.

• Caliper bolts.

• TIGHTEN the caliper bolts.

• Insufficient amount of grease on moving parts.

• APPLY grease to desired areas.

•Foreign material or scratches on the contact surfaces of the front brake disc.

• INSTALL a new brake disc. See Section 206-03 for more information.

•Contact surface of the brake drum.

• INSTALL a new brake drum. See Section 206-02 for more information.

•Contact surfaces of the rear brake disc.

• INSTALL new brake discs. See Section 206-04 for more information.

• Nuts of a nave of a wheel.

• TIGHTEN or INSTALL new wheel nuts.

•GO to Pinpoint Test C.

• Uneven disc thickness.

• INSTALL new brake discs. See Section 206-04 / 206-03 for more information.

•Wheel bearings.

•CHECK or INSTALL a new wheel bearing. See Section 204-01 / 204-02 for more information.

• Wheel balancing.

•CHECK or BALANCE drive wheels.

• Pedal moves down quickly

• Leakage in the hydraulic system.

• REPAIR the leak. CHECK the entire hydraulic system. REFILL and bleed the hydraulic system.

• Penetration of air into the system.

• BLEED AIR out of the brake system. See Section 206-00 for more information.

• Master brake cylinder.

• INSTALL a new brake master cylinder. See Section 206-06 for more information.

• Disc brake ``detonates" (The pads push the caliper piston back into the caliper. This condition is caused by excessive end play of the brake disc).

• INSTALL a new brake disc. See Section 206-03 / 206-04 for more information.

• Brake pads.

•CHECK the brake pads. See Section 206-03 / 206-04 / 206-02 for more information. INSTALL new brake pads if necessary.

•GO to Pinpoint Test D.

•Pedal moves down slowly

• Penetration of air into the system.

• BLEED AIR out of the brake system. See Section 206-00 for more information.

• Master brake cylinder.

•GO to Pinpoint Test E.

•Low position or feeling "softness" brake pedals.

• Brake pads.

•CHECK the brake pads. See Section 206-03 / 206-04 / 206-02 for more information. INSTALL new brake pads if necessary.

• Blocking of brakes at easy pressing a brake pedal

•Excessive effort when applying the brake pedal

• Brake pads.

•Vitreousness of brake pads.
