Removal
1.
NOTE: Make sure the sunroof is in the closed position.
Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Remove the roof sheathing. For additional information, refer to Section 501-05.
3. Disconnect the drain hoses.
4. Remove 12 bolts.
5. Disconnect the front mounting clamp. Squeeze the tabs.

CAUTION: With the help of another mechanic, support the sunroof frame.
Remove the sunroof frame.
- Press the tabs of the two mounting clamps together.
Installation
1.
CAUTION: Ensure that the sunroof frame is properly aligned with the roof opening before tightening the 12 bolts in the sequence shown.
To install, follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
