Removal
1.
NOTE: Make sure the sunroof is in the closed position.
Remove the roof sheathing. For additional information, refer to Section 501-05.
2. Disconnect the drain hoses from the sunroof panel.
3. Disconnect the sunroof from the roof panel (12 bolts).
4. Remove the sunroof.
- With the help of another technician, squeeze the clamps and lower the hatch cover.
Installation
1.
NOTE: The hatch cover must be properly positioned on the clamps before tightening the bolts.
NOTE: Do not fully tighten the bolts at this stage.
Install the roof hatch.
2. Tighten the bolts in the sequence shown.
3. Connect the drain hoses to the sunroof.
4. Install roof sheathing. Refer to Section 501-05 for additional information.
