Clutch release bearing (Sierra)

Noise generated by the release bearing when the clutch is disengaged (clutch pedal pressed) means that the bearing is damaged and needs to be replaced.



To replace, remove the release bearing together with the lever (1) from the gearbox guide sleeve and disconnect it from the lever.

Before installing a new bearing, lubricate all surfaces with molybdenum grease.
