Cooling system
1 - radiator, 2 - expansion tank, 3 - coolant pump, 4 - thermostat housing, 5 - thermostat, 6 - elastic pipes
Withdrawal
1. Disconnect the ground wire from the battery and drain the coolant from the cooling system.
2. Disconnect the electrical wires connecting the cooling system to the engine.
3. Disconnect the flexible pipe from the expansion tank.
4. On vehicles equipped with an automatic transmission, disconnect the elastic pipes from the automatic transmission oil cooler.
5. Remove the inner radiator shroud.
6. Loosen the radiator top mounting bolts.
7. Raise the car, unscrew the lower radiator mounting bolts and remove it.
Installation
1. To install the radiator, follow the steps in reverse order with respect to the process of removing it.
2. After installing the pipelines of the cooling system, fill the system with coolant and remove air from it.
3. In vehicles equipped with an automatic transmission, the oil level in the transmission should also be checked.
