Cooling system
1 – radiator, 2 – expansion tank, 3 – coolant pump, 4 – thermostat housing, 5 – thermostat, 6 – flexible pipes
Removal
1. Disconnect the ground wire from the battery and drain the coolant from the cooling system.
2. Disconnect the electrical wires connecting the cooling system to the engine.
3. Disconnect the flexible hose from the expansion tank.
4. On vehicles equipped with an automatic transmission, disconnect the flexible hoses from the automatic transmission oil cooler.
5. Remove the inner radiator shroud.

6. Unscrew the upper radiator mounting bolts.
7. Raise the car, unscrew the lower radiator mounting bolts and remove it.
Installation
1. To install the radiator, you must perform the steps in the reverse order of the process of its removal.
2. After installing the cooling system pipes, the system should be filled with coolant and air should be removed from it.
3. In vehicles equipped with an automatic transmission, the gearbox oil level should also be checked.
