1. Drain the cooling system (see "Replacing the coolant").
2. Unscrew the expansion tank mounting bolt…
3. ...pry up the retainer with a screwdriver and remove the expansion tank from the bracket.
4. Press the latches and disconnect the steam outlet hose.
5. Squeeze the clamp ears, slide it along the hose…
6. …and remove the liquid hose from the expansion tank branch pipe.
7. Install the tank in the reverse order of removal.
