Removal and installation of the electronic anti-theft system control unit

You will need a Phillips screwdriver.

1. Disconnect the wire from the terminal «minus» battery.



2. Remove the instrument panel trim (see «Removal and installation of the instrument panel»).



3. Pry with a screwdriver and wring out the latch..



4.... fold back the pad clamp..



5.... and disconnect the wiring harness block.



6. Similarly, disconnect the remaining pads of wires from the terminals of the anti-theft system unit.



7. Remove two screws..



8.... and remove the anti-theft electronic unit from under the instrument panel.

9. Install the removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
