Removal



Disconnect the negative (-) cable from the battery.

Warning! This will erase data in electronic memory devices, such as the engine fault memory device or the radio code. Please read the section carefully "Removing and installing the battery", before disconnecting it.


Remove the door trim.

Remove the outside rearview mirror.

Manual window lift: Temporarily attach the window lift handle.

Power window: Temporarily connect the ground cable to the battery terminal and connect the power window motor wires.

Lower the glass so that the arrow screws are visible through the holes in the door.

Remove the window handle. Disconnect the ground wire from the battery, disconnect the multi-pin plug.

Remove the screws.

Remove the outer door shaft seal.

Remove the outer door shaft seal.


Lift the glass from the outside of the door, tilt it forward and remove it from the door window opening.



Installation



Install the door glass into the opening and loosely tighten both mounting screws on the window regulator guide.

Lower the glass to the limit and install the seal in the door opening.

Raise the glass to its maximum.

Move the glass left and right to set the glass to the middle position.

Lower the glass so that the mounting screws are visible through the holes in the door. Tighten the screws to 10 Nm.

Install the door trim.

Install the outside mirror.

Connect the ground (-) wire to the battery terminal.

Set the time on the clock.

Set the radio anti-theft code.
