NOTE: This is what the special brake line wrenches look like.
1. Remove the wheel from the side of the caliper to be replaced.
2. Loosen the lower end of the brake hose.
3. Turn out two bolts of fastening of directing blocks to a rotary fist and disconnect a support from a fist.
4. Disconnect the caliper from the brake hose by unscrewing it from the hose end and remove the caliper assembly from the shoe guide.
USEFUL ADVICE: Substitute a container to drain the rest of the brake fluid from the hose and the working cylinder of the caliper.
To prevent complete leakage of fluid from the hydraulic actuator, plug the tube opening immediately by any means possible.
Protective valve caps for venting valves are very well suited for this purpose.
5. The second wheel caliper is removed in the same way.
6. Install the caliper in the reverse order of removal. Apply an anaerobic threadlocker to the threads before installing the shoe guide to steering knuckle bolts. Tighten the tip of the brake hose completely until the caliper is installed on the steering knuckle. When installing the caliper, make sure that the hose is not twisted.
7. After installation, restore the brake fluid level in the reservoir of the main brake cylinder and bleed the air from the brake hydraulic drive (see Bleeding the hydraulic brake system).
