Replacement of brake hoses

            0

To replace the brake hose of the front wheel brake, do the following.

1. For ease of operation, remove the front wheel from the side of the hose being replaced.

2. Loosen the lower end of the hose.

3. Remove the rubber hose holder from the bracket slot on the front suspension strut.

4. Turn away a nut of fastening of a tube to the top tip of a hose, holding a hose from turning by the second key.

5. Take the brake pipe down, remove the spring retainer of the upper hose tip and remove the tip from the bracket hole on the body.

USEFUL ADVICE: To prevent complete leakage of fluid from the hydraulic drive, immediately plug the tube opening in any way possible. Protective valve caps for venting valves are very well suited for this purpose.

6. Turn out the bottom tip of a hose from the working cylinder of the brake mechanism of a forward wheel and remove a hose.

7. Install the new hose in the reverse order of removal.

WARNING: Be careful not to twist the hose when installing along the axis.

8. Replace the second front hose in the same way.

9. After replacing the hoses, bleed the air from the brake system (see Bleeding the hydraulic brake system).

To replace the brake hose of the rear wheel brake, do the following.

1. For ease of operation, remove the rear wheel from the side of the hose being replaced.

2. Loosen the rear end of the hose.

3. Unscrew the nut securing the tube to the front end of the hose, holding the hose from turning with a second wrench.

4. Take a brake tube forward, remove a spring clamp of a back tip of a hose and take a tip from an aperture of an arm on a cross-beam of a back suspension bracket.

USEFUL ADVICE: To prevent complete leakage of fluid from the hydraulic drive, immediately plug the tube opening in any way possible. Protective valve caps for venting valves are very well suited for this purpose.

5. Turn out a back tip of a hose from the working cylinder of the brake mechanism of a back wheel and remove a hose.

6. Install the new hose in the reverse order of removal.

WARNING: Be careful not to twist the hose when installing along the axis.

7. Replace the second rear hose in the same way.

8. After replacing the hoses, bleed the air from the brake system (see Bleeding the hydraulic brake system).
