
1. To replace any tube, unscrew the nut securing the tube to the hose tip, holding the hose from turning with a second wrench..

2….or to a brake system unit (for example, to the hydraulic electronic unit of the anti-lock braking system)…

3….remove the tube from the holders on the body and remove it.
NOTE: The photo for item 3 shows the location on the body base of the brake pipe holders from the ABS electronic unit to the rear wheel brakes. Similar holders may be located differently for other pipes.
4. Install the new tube in the reverse order of removal.
5. After replacing the tube, bleed the air from the brake system (see Bleeding the hydraulic brake system).
