To replace the tube clutch release hydraulic line, do the following.
1. Press the tube tip retainer with a screwdriver…
2. …and disconnect the pipe from the clutch release master cylinder.
3. Using a screwdriver, remove the spring retainer of the hose tip…
4. …and disconnect the hose from the tube.
5. Remove the holder a (see photo item 4) from the bracket on the body and remove the tube.
6. Install the hydraulic shut-off line tube in the reverse order of removal.
7. Remove air from the system (see "Bleeding the clutch release hydraulic drive").
To replace the hose clutch release hydraulic line, do the following.
1. Disconnect the hose from the clutch release hydraulic line tube (see steps 3 and 4 above).
2. Pry it off with a screwdriver..
NOTE: For clarity, the work is shown on a removed gearbox.
3. …remove the hose adapter retainer from the tip of the clutch release hydraulic drive slave cylinder…
4. …and remove the adapter from the tip.
5. Remove the hose holder from the bracket on the gearbox…
6. …and remove the hose.
7. Install the clutch release hydraulic hose in the reverse order of removal.
8. Remove air from the system (see "Bleeding the clutch release hydraulic drive").
