The power steering pressure sensor is screwed into the power steering pump housing.
You will need a key «at 13».
1. Disconnect the wire from the terminal «minus» battery.
2. Disconnect from the gauge block of a plait of wires.
3. Remove the sensor from the power steering pump housing.
WARNING: Take measures to prevent leakage of hydraulic fluid from the power steering system by plugging the hole in the pump housing, for example, with a wooden plug.
4. Install the pressure sensor in the reverse order of removal.
5. Check the fluid level in the power steering reservoir and add fluid if necessary (see «Checking the level and topping up the working fluid in the power steering reservoir»).
