Replacing the power steering reservoir

You will need: key «for 8», pliers.

1. Remove the cap of the power steering reservoir, pump out the working fluid from the reservoir (e.g. with a large syringe) and install the plug in place so that dirt does not get into the tank.



2. Loosen the tank mounting bolt..



3.... remove the bolt..



4.... and take the tank aside.



5. Squeeze the bent ears of the clamp, slide the clamp along the hose and disconnect the pump suction hose from the tank.

6. Similarly, disconnect the steering gear drain hose from the tank..



7.... and remove the power steering reservoir.

8. Install the power steering reservoir in the reverse order of removal.
