The speed sensor of the angular rotation of the car around the vertical axis

Withdrawal

1. Remove the right front seat. See Section 501-10 for more information.

2. Remove the panel of finishing of an overlay of a threshold of a door. See Section 501-05 for more information.

3. Remove the pillar trim panel «IN». See Section 501-05 for more information.

NOTE: Before removing, make sure the tailgate sill trim panel is separated from the lower pillar trim panel «IN».

Remove the B-pillar lower trim panel.



5. Partially detach the mat.



6. Disconnect the yaw rate sensor/accelerometer assembly from the floor panel.



7. Disconnect the yaw sensor connector.



8. Remove the yaw sensor.

Installation

WARNING: Do not use a damaged yaw rate sensor. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury.

WARNING: Make sure the yaw rate sensor is properly positioned. Failure to follow this instruction may result in injury.

CAUTION: The yaw rate sensor will be damaged if dropped.

When installing, follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
