Fuses change quickly

You will find most of the fuses in the cabin on the left under the steering wheel, there are several relays there. The box with fuses and relays in the engine compartment is located in the direction of travel on the left behind the spring strut dome. Before changing a fuse or relay, turn off the ignition and all current consumers (e.g. radio).

Stages of work

Carefully remove the blown fuse from the socket with special tweezers (located in the lid of the engine compartment fuse box) or small pliers.

Push a new fuse with the same amperage into the socket. At the same time, make sure it is installed correctly.

If the new fuse blows immediately, it may be too weak or the circuit is shorted to ground (the consumer is faulty, the insulation is worn to ground).
