Cars with a body of Berlin and Sedan
Remove the boot floor covering and the protective disc covering the spare wheel. This disc is held in place by a latch that should be turned to the left 1/8 of a turn.
The spare wheel is attached with a long bolt.
The jack is fixed to the rear wall.
Cars with a Kombi body
The spare wheel and jack are located deep in the boot in two compartments, closed by lids held in place by latches that can be released by turning them 1/4 of a turn.
The jack is located under the floor covering in a niche on the right side.
Replacement
1. Place the vehicle on a firm, level surface.
2. Apply the handbrake and engage reverse gear.
3. If the wheel is being changed on an inclined surface, one of the vehicle's wheels should be supported to additionally secure it from rolling away.
4. Get the spare tire; jack and wheel bolt wrench.
5. Using a screwdriver, remove the decorative cap from the wheel being removed.
6. Before raising the vehicle, loosen the wheel mounting bolts.

7. Insert the jack lever as deep as possible into the designated place in the body next to the wheel being replaced (A – recess in the lower part of the body, B – hole).
8. Tilt the top of the jack as close to the body as possible and turn the handle to lift the car.
9. Unscrew the bolts and remove the wheel.
10. Install the spare wheel and tighten the mounting bolts.
11. Lower the vehicle, remove the jack and tighten the bolts crosswise to the appropriate torque.
12. Install the decorative cap on the wheel rim.
13. Place the jack, wheel lug wrench and removed wheel back in the trunk.
