Diagnosis of malfunctions of the injection system of a diesel engine
The following prerequisites must be met before a fault diagnosis can be used to detect a fault. Error conditions during start-up are excluded. There must be fuel in the tank, the engine must be mechanically sound, the battery must be charged, and the starter must be turning at a sufficient speed.
Attention: When the fuel lines are released, they must first be cleaned using cleaning agents.
