Removal the release bearing

Noise from the release bearing when the clutch is disengaged (clutch pedal depressed) means that the bearing is damaged and needs to be replaced.
Removal
1. Remove the gearbox.
2. Disconnect the release bearing from the bottom and top of the clutch release fork (indicated by the arrow) and remove it from the input shaft of the gearbox.

3. Unscrew the mounting bolt and remove the fork. To remove the clutch release fork (indicated by the arrow), move it away from the pivot point.
Installation
1. Lubricate the working surfaces of the clutch release shaft with MoS2 grease.
2. Install the clutch release fork and secure with the bolt.
3. Install the release bearing and secure it in the fork.
4. Install the gearbox.
