Removal and installation of the fuel cut-off switch

Withdrawal

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable (chapter 5 paragraph 1).

2. Remove the trim panel from the left footwell.

3. Bend the sound deadening material away from the switch and remove the two fixing screws (see fig. 11.3).



4. Disconnect the switch electrical connector and pull out the switch.

Installation

5. Installation - in the reverse order of removal. Make sure the switch is in its original state by pressing its red button.
