Checking the level and topping up the working fluid in the hydraulic booster reservoir

You will need: power steering fluid, clean rag.

NOTE: Add factory recommended Ford Power Steering Fluid to the power steering reservoir.

The tank is mounted on a bracket in the front of the engine compartment on the right.



Marked on the body of the tank «MAX» And «MIN». On a cold engine, the fluid level should be between these marks.

NOTE: Check the power steering fluid level with the engine off.

1. Unscrew the tank cap..



2.... and add the required amount of working fluid.



3. Close the stopper and wipe off any drips.
