Removal

1. General note

• Before starting repairs, remove the lock panel with reinforcement and the rear side panel.

2. Water drain panel

• Peel spot welds (to a depth equal to twice the panel thickness).

Installation

1. Hinge reinforcement plate

• Weld it.

2. Water drain panel

• Three-layer joint area: drill to 5 mm (to a depth equal to the panel thickness). Use the existing holes.
• 1. Perform puddling welding.
• 2. Perform puddling welding (to a depth equal to twice the panel thickness).
