Removing the door handle

It does not matter which door handles you dismantle - front or rear - the stages of work do not differ significantly from each other. We describe the operation using the front door handle as an example.

On versions with power windows, first disconnect the battery.

Remove the door lining as described above and carefully remove the sealing film in the rear area of the door, then fix with adhesive tape on the inside of the door.

unscrew the screw (arrow) on the castle drum.



Carefully remove the outer lining of the lock drum with a small slotted screwdriver.

Pull back the outer door handle and remove the screw (arrow).



Remove the door handle from the door to the outside.

Complete installation in reverse order.
