- With the engine warmed up, open the heating regulator all the way - does the hot air flow evenly?
- Close the heating regulator completely - after a few kilometers, only cold air should come out of the nozzles, otherwise the air flaps will not close tightly.
- Does the up and down air distribution function?
- Is air flowing evenly from all openings?
- Is the air circulation regulator working?
- Does the blower operate at all speeds?
Periodic check of heating and ventilation (Focus Turnier 1)
Check the climate in your Focus from time to time. Dust particles, street dirt, insects or falling autumn leaves can eventually clog the air ducts and the standard dust filter. So when driving on a quiet country road, do the following:
