Temperature and air direction (to the windshield or feet) adjustable with switches. The volume and direction of air supply in the middle and side nozzles are regulated by grooved wheels. Glasses of forward doors are blown by the nozzles rigidly fixed on the panel.

Three-stage heater fan switch.

0 - Fan off.
I - Low fan speed.
II - Average fan speed.
III - High fan speed.

Fan positions II and III are used to quickly warm up the passenger compartment in cold weather or ventilate the passenger compartment in hot weather.



Air flow distributor.


0Closed.
All air flow is directed to the windshield.
The air flow is directed both to the lower part of the passenger compartment and to the windshield.
The main air flow is directed to the lower part of the cabin, and a smaller part to the windshield.




Preventing glasses from fogging up


Turn the air temperature control knob fully clockwise, and set the air distribution knob to the position on the windshield. Set the fan control knob to position 2 or 3.

Rapid interior heating


Turn the air temperature control knob clockwise to the stop, set the air flow distribution knob to the position "lower part of the cabin", and turn the blower control knob to position 2 or 3. This warms up the car interior intensively and blows a small amount of hot air onto the windshield to prevent it from fogging up.
