Heating and ventilation
On fig. 7.9 shows the order of air distribution in the body. The air needed to ventilate and heat the car interior is taken in at the front of the car. The heater, connected to the engine cooling system, when heated, gives off excess heat to the air flow passing through it. Air circulation can be enhanced by a fan.
