Removal and installation of the stabilizer

Withdrawal

1. Remove the clamps and unscrew the 4 bolts securing the stabilizer to the body.

2. Raise the front of the car and unscrew the nuts securing the stabilizer to the lower wishbones, remove the front metal washers and front rubber bushings.

3. Unscrew the nut of the bolt securing the transverse arm to the cross member of the engine mount on both sides of the suspension.

4. Move the levers away from the body and remove the stabilizer, remove the rear rubber rings and rear metal-rubber bushings from the stabilizer.

Installation

1. Install the suspension stabilizer bar in reverse order of removal.

2. The nuts of the bolts securing the suspension arms to the cross member of the engine mount should only be tightened with the vehicle lowered.
