The trip computer is an electronic device that displays information about the trip on a liquid crystal display: outside temperature, travel time, mileage on the remaining fuel in the tank, average fuel consumption and the currently selected gear.

Two types of trip computers are installed on the vehicle. Trip computer type 1 (Fig. 1.9) is controlled by buttons 19 and 21 (see Fig. 1.7), and trip computer type 2 (Fig. 1.10) is controlled by the INFO button on lever 7 (see Fig. 1.6) of the turn signal and headlight switches.

To switch the operating modes of the trip computer type 1, press button 19 (see Fig. 1.7), to reset the readings, press button 21.

To select the desired mode of the trip computer type 2, press the INFO button; to scroll through the menu, press the INFO button briefly.

The bottom line optionally displays the parameters listed in Table 1.5. The INFO button is used to switch between the display modes and control functions.

1. The information message is displayed on the LCD display of the audio system unit and the display in the instrument cluster.

2. To enter the settings menu, press and hold the INFO button, and to scroll through the menu, press the INFO button briefly.
