If you have a completely empty tank or you have changed parts of the fuel system, then you need to remove air from the fuel system.

Operate the hand pump "1" on the filter body until you feel a lot of resistance.

Start the engine and let it run until all remaining air is removed from the fuel system. If you have problems starting the engine, check if fuel is supplied to the jets; on two jets, unscrew the union nuts and start the engine without preheating until fuel comes out on the union nuts. Tighten the union nuts with a torque of 20 Nm, start the engine in accordance with the instructions.

Loosen all the union nuts on the jets. Turn the engine until fuel comes out. Finally, tighten the union nuts to 20 Nm. If there are any leaks, tighten them to 25 Nm. This ensures that air is quickly removed.
