Replacing the power window control unit and switches

To replace the power window control unit on the driver's door, do the following.

You will need a flat blade screwdriver.

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.



2. Pry off the housing of the control unit for electric windows and exterior mirrors with a screwdriver..



3.... and, having overcome the resistance of the latches, remove the control unit from the hole in the armrest.



4. Turning the control unit over, press the lock..




5.... disconnect the wiring harness block from the control unit for power windows of doors and exterior mirrors and remove the unit.

6. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

To replace the power window switches on the passenger doors, do the following.

You will need flat and Phillips screwdrivers.

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the storage battery.



2. Pry off the hole plug in the lining of the inner handle of the lock and remove it.



3. Turn out the screw of fastening of facing of the handle of the lock.




4. Gently prying off the handle lining with a screwdriver, disengage it from the door upholstery and, pressing the lock handle, remove the lining of the inner lock handle together with the power window switch moving forward.



5. Pressing the latch..



6.... disconnect the wiring harness connector from the door power window switch connector and remove the lining of the inner lock handle.



7. Wring out a clamp and take the window regulator switch from facing of the internal handle.

8. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal
