Replacing interior lamps (Mondeo 3)

ORDER OF EXECUTION

Turn off the interior lighting.
Press the light with a flat screwdriver on the side opposite the switch (shown by the arrow) and…

Pry the light out with a flat head screwdriver on the side and replace the bulb.
…"unlock" the reflector.
Immediately replace the front spotlight lamp (indicated by the arrow); to replace the rear lamp, you must first "unlock" another reflector on the side.
To access the glass bulb socket behind the sun visor, first gently pry the bulb glass away with a flat-head screwdriver.

Reading lights

ORDER OF EXECUTION

Remove the lamp housing using a flat-head screwdriver and bend the side contact tabs (indicated by arrows) away from the lamp.
Insert the new bulb and complete the process in reverse order.

Remove the lamp housing using a flat-head screwdriver and bend back the side contact tabs (arrows).

Glove box light

Remove the old bulb from the socket and insert the new bulb into it.

Entrance door lights

Remove the old bulb from the socket and insert the new bulb into it.

Trunk light

Carefully pry the lamp housing out of the mounting hole using a flat-head screwdriver. The spotlight can now be pulled out.

Remove the lamp housing and take out the spotlight.
