Removing and installing clutch master cylinder

First you need to remove the electronic engine control unit.

To remove the master cylinder, do the following:

- Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery;

- Remove the panel at the bottom left in salon under a steering column. To do this, unscrew the screws and remove the two clip-on clips;

- remove the engine control unit (pic. 150);

- remove the plug at the bottom of the unit;

- open the engine control unit;

- remove the wire end 1 (see fig. 150) at the top;

- remove plug 2;

- Turn away four nuts and remove fastening of a box;

- loosen clamp 1 (pic. 151) hose and remove the hose;

- take out a safety clip 2 and take out the pipeline 3 of a high pressure from the main cylinder;

- Depress the safety clip of fastening of the pusher on the clutch pedal;

- Turn away both nuts of fastening of the cylinder;

- remove the cylinder.

Install in reverse order, taking into account the following:

- tighten the cylinder fastening nuts with a torque of 10 Nm;

- remove air from the clutch hydraulic drive;

- test drive the vehicle so that the electronic control unit updates the data.
