- turn the steering wheel to the left by approximately 30° from the center position;

- press the clutch pedal all the way down and measure the distance from the bottom of the car body to the middle of the rubber pedal pad with a ruler. Place the ruler on the second groove of the rubber pedal pad, counting from the bottom of the rubber pad. Release the pedal and measure the distance again with a ruler (Fig. 155). The difference in the measured values should be 130 mm;
- if necessary, after loosening the lock nut, adjust the stop screw, which is located on the master cylinder mount.
