Removing the brake fluid reservoir from the brake master cylinder

SEQUENCE OF WORK

1. Disconnect the brake fluid level sensor connector from the plug.

2. Remove the plug. Do not put a plug with a brake fluid level sensor on the cylinder head, as the brake fluid may damage the contacts.

3. Use a syringe to remove the brake fluid from the reservoir.

4. Tilt to the side, disconnect the reservoir from the brake master cylinder and carefully lift it up.

5. When installing, insert new connecting sleeves into the holes of the master brake cylinder (pic. 14.14). To do this, lubricate them with brake fluid.

6. Insert the brake fluid reservoir into the connecting sleeves on the main brake cylinder, press it until the clips click into place.

7. Screw the stopper onto the tank. Check the operation of the indicator lamp switch by pressing the middle of the plug.

8. Remove air from a hydrodrive of brakes.
