Withdrawal



Remove the brake drum.

Compress the brake hose with a suitable hose clamp. When doing this, make sure that the sharp edges of the clamp do not damage the brake hose. Turnier: Disconnect the brake hose from the line at the lower spring seat.

Spread the upper ends of the shoes until the cylinder is completely released and lock the shoes in this position using the automatic brake adjustment.



Turn out from a back side of a support of a brake two bolts - 1 - fastenings of the wheel brake cylinder.

Loosen the union nut -2- of the brake pipe on the rear side of the wheel brake cylinder, having previously cleaned the connection point.

Installation



Remove the wheel brake cylinder and completely unscrew the brake hose attachment.

Immediately screw a new brake cylinder with a new seal onto the brake hose, but do not fully tighten the nut. This will ensure minimal brake fluid leakage.

Install and secure the brake cylinder to the brake caliper.

Tighten the brake hose union nut lightly, being careful not to twist or pull the hose.

Remove the hose clamp.

Turnier: Connect the brake hose to the brake pipe.


Use a screwdriver to press the stop lever to reinstall the pads on the pistons of the brake cylinder.

Install the brake drum.

Remove air from the brake system In this case, it is usually enough to pump the wheel cylinder from which the brake hose was disconnected. If after bleeding the brake pedal "soft", bleed the entire brake system.

Depress the brake pedal hard several times to set the rear brakes.
