Removing and installing the radio antenna (Mondeo 1 and 2)

Removal

1. The antenna rod can be removed by unscrewing it from the base on the outside of the vehicle.

2. To remove the antenna base, pull the trim cover located under the antenna base out of the ceiling (see Fig. 27.2).



3. Remove the Phillips-head (or slotted head) screw from the antenna base, disconnect the wiring connector and remove the base together with the gasket from the outside of the vehicle (see Fig. 27.3).

Installation

4. Installation - in the reverse order of removal.
